How to make a new ebay account? Got suspended.?

How do I SUCCESSFULLY make a new ebay account. My account was suspended once and so I tried making a new account on the same computer with a different username, and my profiled information was different also (my name, address, etc.) but ebay linked the account to my suspended one in less than 24 hours and suspended my new account also. I linked my paypal to my new account also. Please help, I'm a college student making a living from selling on ebay. Do I need to use a different computer? I read some other articles telling me what to do but I didnt completely understand everything such as creating a new IP address. Do I need to make a new paypal account?

What I did was used a different email.  I'm not sure if you used a different email, but the same thing happened to me.  I made a whole new email, and it worked.  If I were you I'd make everything different (computer,email,paypal,name,etc).  That's the only way it will work.

You need to create the new account from a different computer with a different IP address.  Most ISP's only offer static IP addresses.  Try creating the ebay account from a library or friends house.  Since PAyPal and ebay are linked, I would also suggest creating a new paypal account in the same manner.  If you need a credit card, just pick up a prepaid debit card and enter a different address onto it.  That should get you going.
