How to make a old car run like new?

I want to buy a car a Lexus its a 1999 GS 400 and it has a like one hundred thousand miles on a it and how do i make the car run like new what do i have to do to make it run like it has ten thousand miles

i tell all my customers the same thing cars are like women if you dont show them affection and give them what they want you wont have them long just follow maintnance on it dont put of repairs longer than you have to and allways keep in mind that noise or vibration allways gets worse

if it was well maintain you should have to do anything 100,000 miles is nothing if it doesn't run like new then don't buy it.  It should already had a tuneup and all other routine maintenance it should run like new.
