You can try to extract the fragrance form flowers like roses and orchids with ethanol. Tuberose is one of the most fragrant flowers I have ever seen.

when  i was really yound i'd squish up a bunch of flowers and put the juice into a small jar.

im probably not helping but i know it has alcohol, but maybe if you're lucky you can type your same question on google or wikepedia and something is bound to show up
