How to make a piture in yahoo?

If you have Yahoo 360 Click on your profile

Then 360 link (upper right)

then "My Page" (top bar right side)

Then Edit Photos (left column top)

then upload pictures in main page section

Then tick the pic U want to use as Primary

Then SAVE

then close out of 360

Come back here to YA Profile

Edit settings

Scroll Down

Use My 360 Photo

Save

Done!
