How to make a quillow?

I am making a quillow for my cousin but I lost my instruction sheet. I don't want to buy a pattern from a fabric store because they are expensive. Does anybody have set of instructions that are easy to follow?

you might be able to find the pattern or at least the instructions on http://www.quilts.about.com

I think those quilts that fold into pillows are so cool.

no, I dont' have the instructions. I saw one on one of the HGTV shows several years back, so that might be another place to look.
