3. Web Designing

If you know Html +javascript+flash its a cakewalk, but if you are not equipped, there are loads of free web-publishing softwares available.

If you have no idea what you are doing and this is a first time experience I would highly recommend using a professional design company and not trying to do it yourself. A search for inexpensive web design came up with this - http://www.heritagewebdesign.com/web/ - They have a large portfolio and the sites look pretty good and it is pretty inexpensive - says sites from 199.00.
