how do u make a riden lawn mower fast without puttint parts on it

That's simple.  If you can't add parts to it to make it more powerful, then take parts off of it to make it lighter.  Whether in bicycling or automobile racing (or riding lawn mower hot rodding) it's all about power to weight ratio.

Did you post under the cycling category just to be annoying, or are you trying to make some subtle point?

why did you post under cycling? but most riders actually have a governor which limits the engines full potential. try taking that off
