How to make a rubber band car?

for class we had to make a car out of some short wooden rods and some wood wheels (easy right?) and some binder clips. we have a design and now our teacher says we need to make it self propelled....only using 6 rubber bands. we have to be able to let go of it and let it go without touching or pushing it. can you give any suggestions or websites?
