How to make a simple biography?

I want to make a biography, like the ones in blogs or yearbooks. How to do it? What are the things i should take note for? Is there any main lines and such?

-place of living

-certificates

-marriage

-children

-work

etc..

What you would like to be when you grow up

Who are your heroes and why

What are you involved in--sports,drama etc.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years.
