How to make a simple myspace background.?

Here's my myspace.

And this image is I made, for the layout.

I want to put this image in the very corner of my page, without changing my whole page to gray, and making sure my sections/modules don't get messed up.

How do I do this? Is there some type of code I entered that did this?
