I made one a few years back with a pattern. The pattern was not advertise as a Star Trek costume. But looking at the basic pattern it was the same as the jumpsuits they wear. I just needed to find the right fabric and color to make it right.

My son wore it to a ST convention and was repeatedly stopped and ask where he got it.
