You could either go tanning or use a spray tan. They have a cheap spray tan ar like Walgreens or Rite Aid. I used it and it worked great.

The easiest way, if you are doing a job where your uniform gives you the tan lines, would be to use a gradual tanner, that will allow you to build up some colour that will look natural. If it's just from playing around, what helps me is just going to the beach and using a good tanning oil. I recommend you wear SPF 15 at least, put it on a half hour before leaving, and then don't stay outside for too long at one time.

If it's swimsuit lines and you don't want the strap lines across your chest, your best bet would be to do most of your tanning with a bandeau or strapless top.
