How to make a tornado in a bottle with one bottle?

Im helping my sister out with a project by making her a tornado out of water bottle with only ONE mini water bottle. Because there is thing where you can use one water bottle spin it and it makes a tornado. Any help of how to make a tornado like that?

fill 1/2 of the bottle with water.   next put the cap on. tape the cap and you are done. to see it spin the bottle counterclockwise.
