How to make a tornado... in a machine...?

ok im in 4-h and for this project i saw a machine where you flip a switch and it makes a miny tornado in like a tube type thing any help on how to make it... IM STUMMPPED

well.. i found this video, and it explains step by step, how to make a tornado machine. it says that this tornado machines does not cost much to make, the tools are simple enough, and it works..
