How to make a waiver from social security overpayment?

For years, I worked for few months before I took my educational courses. I earned the money to pay my educational debt. I need any advices.

    To overpay, you would need more than one employer and the sum of the wages of all your jobs would need to exceed the maximum earnings subject to social security tax. For 2006 it is $94,200.

    At any rate, you can't get a wavier, you get the excess amount applied to your Federal tax witholdings.
