How to make a water sensor work if i want 2 use it in :-.......?

Question

a water tank such that when the water level is nearly full the electric power to the pump gets off and when it is nearing electric empty the power gets on.

I am going to keep one sensor on the top&one in the bottom of the tank.

The top sensor must detect water&switch the power to the pump off&the sensor in the bottom will switch the power on.

What r the things I need and how should I connect 'em

if u r rich put a plc an get it programed

but if u r not then..................put a float switch as u see in flush of y r bathroom it 'll break the contact if the air baloon is lifted up bcos of water . and pump gets off
