How can i make a website where people can dowload music for free and i can upload songs that people request?

Making a website is not easy if your aiming for a great looking functional website, but their is a vast amount of information and tools online to help you make a website, but for your particular needs you need to make sure you don't allow people to download copies of music that you don't have a license to distribute otherwise legally there will be some problems.

If the music is your own and you just want to provide a link for public to download samples(not full copies) then you simple imbed the mp3 files within you web page. If the music is totally free then money-wise it might not be worth paying for a website with absolutely no income to go towards the maintenance of the website your running.
