how to say thank you to the parents or to the children?   I always say that someone once said if you love what you do, you'll never have to work a day in your life and that describes my job to a T -how their children have taught me a lot this year and hopefully, I have taught them a lot too. There are so many means of how to express our gratitudes, in your case, let your son write a letter, even just a short letter for his teacher, if you mean it for his teacher, a note of a thank you letter would be highly appreciated to a kindergarten teacher or to a teacher, I'm a teacher, i know how is it feel if one of your pupils give you a letter that its their own penmanship.

Presenting the teacher with flowers and a card are always good tokens of appreciation.  If you can't afford a bouquet even one carnation or rose would be great.  If you don't like that, a card saying how much they helped your child that year and have your child sign it too or trace their hand print on the card is a cute thank you also.  I hope this helps!

I always tell the parents at the end of the year that their children have grown so much and they have been a joy to be with. Thank the parents for sharing their children with the teachers and for allowing them to grow in self sufficiency and socially. Let the parents know that they are all good parents because the children are happy and so willing to learn.
