Something with fruit and cheap (I'm living in a dorm)!

  1. Use a little container of your favorite low fat yogurt, what ever fruit you want and I use a little skim mile to loosen it up a bit. then blend and enjoy!


  2. TROPICAL SMOOTHIE  

    flavored ice pops

    ice

    gingerale

    1) Get a blender.

    2) Put ice pops in blender.

    3) Add ice.

    4) Mix in blender for 1 minute.

    5) Add A little soda.

    6) Mix for 2 minutes, if it is still chunky add a little more soda.

    7) If it is still chunky after the 1st part of step 6, add the soda and mix until it is smoothie like.

    8) Now get a cup and pour the smoothie out of the blender and into the cup.

    9) Enjoy a cup of fruit smoothie

    get fat free vanilla yogurt and put it into a blender with strawberry and banana with these optionals: blueberries, raspberries, peaches, pineapple.

    get frozen fruit- it's cheap and makes it nice and icyy!

  4. I always make this smoothie when im hungry or just feel like it it's great.

    Basically get any fruit you like and put it in a blender (or stick blender) then add heaps of watermelon to make it runny then just blend it all together it soundsa simple but it's really good but make sure you add a generous amount of watermelon.

  5. one bannana, 4 strawberries(leaves off duh),vanilla yogurt, milk, orange juice, ice...really good :)
