How to make an aerodynamic formula?

i want to make an aerodynamic formula for ice skating just like in ice princess .Im a skater myself and i want to to take notes like that. what are the steps and processes to this project?

At the speed ice skaters go, aerodynamics will have little effect.    

Having looked at Ice Princess links, to see what you're on about, any formula will relate to rotational dynamics not aerodynamics.  So it's angular velocity, inertia and kinetic energy, amongst other things, that are of interest

To spin in the air there will need to be the jump that starts the rotation and the speed of rotation will depend on the speed the skater is moving at and twisting the body in opposition to any force on the ice through the standing skate....
