How to make an easy blanket?

Looking for instructions for a blanket where you only have to tie two pieces of fleece together with ties/bows all around? Supposed to be super simple.

With fleece you do not have to worry about hemming the edged to prevent fraying, to  make this blanket you place both pieces of fabric together, and proceed to cut with scissors a straight line about 2-3 inches deep, and 3-4 inches apart, after you finish cutting, you proceed to tie each set of cuts (top and bottom pieces) together in knots.

Taa-daa an easy home-made blanket in under 15 minutes.
