How to make an easy handmade pop up birthday card?

ok so it is my sisters birthday. shes gonna b 9. her b-day is on the 18 {just like nelson mandela!} and i wanna make her a pop up birthday card. can u plz tell me how. and plz let the ingredients {lol} be easy to find.

shes a tomboy. she gets on my last nerves! her fav colors are light blue and pink and her fav sport is cricket

you'll definitely need cardstock -- it's stiffer than regular paper. buy it in light blue and pink, of course. Also, buy some stickers and embellishments. You're going to want them Cricket-themed and/or birthday-themed, but if you can't find those, I'm sure they'll have something close. You'll also want some words and letters (unless you want to write it out yourself or print it).

Stores to look around at include Wal-mart, Jo-Ann, and Michael's.
