I want too start on a egg incubator project, and don't know where to start. I want to know the plans and the tools and supplies needed or recommended websites on building egg incubators. I want a simple and cheap incubator. i would buy one, but this way is more rewarding.

is installing a hot water thermostat a must for a homemade egg incubator or is it a option. how do you install a thermostat anyways?

PS I'm planning on hatching ducks once this is built.

  1. Wow, what a great project.  I have pasted a link below which has plans for an egg incubator.  I also pasted a link to duck incubating instructions.  The third link is an incubator thermostat for sale.

No need for me to repeat, all the info is there.  You are going to have a great time.  I have done this before and it's fun.

Best of luck to you..  Quack Quack!
