Do you mean the introduction for the entire pageant, or introducing individual contestants? To start off the pageant itself, try something like:

"Good (evening/afternoon/whatever) ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the (however many years) annual Miss _________ pageant! I am your host for the evening, (your name). Please help me to welcome our (number of) lovely contestants with a warm round of applause!" You can alter that to your needs, of course... you may introduce the judges before the contestants, or the current queen, or anything else relevant.

To introduce individual contestants, try:

"Our next contestant in the (eveningwear, swimwear, talent, etc.) competition will be Miss (name of contestant!) (add random facts from her entry form if applicable... aka 'she is sponsored by so-and-so, and she is majoring in whatever at ____ University')"
