hey buddy u need to pay rent for a static ip address to ur ISP. then they will provide u with the details abt ur ip address and gateway etc.

What u mean as personal IP ?

In IP there are only two type 1 dyanamic (it's not constant and vary with in a range of DHCP of ur service provider) 2 static (It's a fixed IP address provided by the service provider )
