  1. Stir fry is the best because it seals the juices and brings out the freshness in food. Learn the technique and master it. Once you master it, you can cook almost everything because stir fry is Asian Cooking 101.

  2. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! I just answered the msg ? and Chinese food is the number 1 food that has it. If you make it home made it should be great, and if you get a really good recipe; please pass it along, or just come on over and make it. I better make sure I hide your questions from my husband!!!!!! He is going to think he is deprived, can't have that. I mean hamburger helper really makes a great meal, for him! Ha Ha Ha!

    1 Tbsp. rice wine

    1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Put all marinade ingredients in a zip lock bag. Put pork loins in. Mush around to coat pork with marinade. Let sit in refrigerator over night.

Next day. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pork 30 minutes one side. Flip. Bake 30 minutes other side. Flip back.

Pour half of BBQ sauce over pork. Bake 10 minutes. Flip. Pour rest. 10 Minutes again. Remove from oven.

Use in everything. Eat with banana. Eat in fried rice. Eat in stir fry. Eat with your fingers (leave the fingers though).
