  4. I like to start out with some hearty egg noodles, cooked al dente so you can add them to your pot later and they won't be overcooked.  Then, I get some Filet Tips, lightly saute them with some Olive Oil, butter, garlic, S&P on higher heat,  then add some beef gravy and sour cream and turn the heat to low.  Then, I throw in my egg noodles and that's it. For me, this is my favorite recipe. Sorry I don't have exact measurements or ingredients, and I also add mushrooms and onions to add some love to the dish (if you like, add them when you aresauteingg your filet tips)  Hope this helps you to enjoy your dish tonight!

Just make a roast as usual or they have a wonderful roast beef already cooked in the meat section, anyway just kinda shred it with a fork. Then buy some extra wide egg noodles. Bring salted water to a boil, put in the egg noodles and boil for 7 or 8 minutes(read the package). When the are done pour in a strainer, dump back in pan pour some melted margarine over the noodles. If your not going to eat them immediatley rinse with cold water to stop the cooking(or they will get mushy). And rewarm when ready. Plate and pour the roast over them on a platter.

  14. If using beef cubes, dredge them in flour and braise them for about 20 minutes.

Add meat to water and cook till tender.  Grate a carrot, onion, and some celery in the pot to cook with the water.  Once the meat is tender, add your noodles and return to boil.  boil for about 5 minutes, turn off heat, and put lid on pan.  Let set for 20 minutes on stove.  Noodles will be just tender enough by then.

    serve with homemade bread.
