theres this kit thing called 'make your own bouncing balls factory' or something. find it at a toy store. i also saw:

make your own slime factory

make your own crystal factory

theres more but i forgot. the bouncing rubber balls kit looks interesting

use like a bunch of rubber bands, you use many colors to beautify it, or just stick to one color, or use no color at all and use the ordinary plain rubber band colors.

u melt some rubber with a metal model shaped like a ball and then let it cool for about 30 minutes.

you could take a rubber bouncy ball and wrap rubber bands around it. OR you could start from scratch and just put together a ton of rubber bands together and do the same process that you would do as if there was a rubber ball under the rubber bands.
