How to make brushetta crackers

for a party tomorrow i was going to make a brushetta cracker, actually more a capri with fresh mozzeralla with tomato red onion on a garlic cracker. should i marinate the fresh mozeralla and tomato in balsamic and then put on top of the cracker or just the cheese? or should i just pour a little on top?

  1. why don't you try it both ways and ask your guest to tell you which one they like best.  


  2. marinate everything in advance but top crackers right before serving them
