extra simple cut two circles from felt or any other shape that will cover and glue on or sew on glitter beads whatever then use two sided tape. if you need something like a wok shape start with circle then draw a dart ( a triangle with its point in the center the two legs comming to the outer edge) on paper  this is your pattern, fold the dart by folding the paper till the two dart legs over lap tape , hold to yourself are you covered? resize to fit. after resize is done unfold pattern, on fabric  trace out circle then fold and sew dart but not all the way to point as you will get a cone shape. then you sew edges folding over as you stich all the way around them now the fun part  you can fabric glue on glitter in happy face or hearts ( i am sure you have ideas)  to get them to stick to you on back side you use two sided tape or in fist aid at drug store they have two sided med tape which is stronger .
