So do you have an ebay store or just basic account. The traffic is there, but so is the competition. Of course the more you pay the more visibility you get in ebay search so people can find you. If you are selling a unique item then if people know about it, it would be easier to find since you can use exact keywords.

There is not secret on this one, not everyone is going to profit the same. If I knew anymore then you did then I would be extremely rich. Right now the time is not right.
