How to make cans get colder in koolatron vending...

Question

I got the koolatron model # ec - 23 as a gift and it keeps cans cool but not as cold as if putting them into fridge. I keep it in the entertainment room when people come over to visit. I wanted to find out if there is a way to change it to make the drinks colder.
