Question:

How to make ceremony programs?

I completely forgot about ceremony programs. Do I have to have them? I am having an outside wedding, so I did order fan favors, and they say a nice little love poem and thank you on them. Is that enough? If I have to have them, I guess I have to make them because the wedding is less than 4 weeks. How would I make them? Or would they just be too tacky, so I should not make them? Help!

  1. Some couple do them, some don't.

I just did a wedding where the turquoise fans (wedding color) had the program attached to the center of both sides.

You'll need Microsoft Word or some other office program, depending on how you want yours.

Some are folded in thirds, some are narrow, some are layered.

  2. An acknowledgment of your wedding party would be nice and the parents of the bride and groom also.

  3. I just attend a wedding that was outside about a month ago and she had made her own programs and they were great  and they were nicely done... she mentioned the bridal party and the mentioned honored guest she also added a quote and then added a reminder on the reception and directions too it for the ones that does not know how too get there which was rather nice anyways you can make your own or do without i do not think they are necessarily unless you have many people that are attending that you really do not know..

  4. i made my ceremony programs. i bought the package form 'staples' and you can run the programs through your printer. they turned out really really nice!!
