I have fresh cocoa pods.

How do I roast the beans to get them just so?

What machine do I use to crush them?

How do you extract the cocoa butter from that mass?

What are the following steps that turn the pulp/powder into a real, smooth chocolate?

  1. google it online, tons of ways to make it right come up. I know for the step you have to

    roast the beans you want by first pealing the outer part of the bean. You then take them by placing them in the oven to bake them for every 5 minutes to 35 minutes. This will enable you to have them right in order to grind them into powder. You can grind it by hand or a processor. Check out this website tells you step by step instructions.

  2. How bout instead of stressin go to the cook book or look it up in the internet. Or if u have to go to extreme cases go to the library.
