Adding water to coconut cream won't make coconut milk. They are 2 different things. Coconut milk is the milk that's naturally formed inside a coconut and coconut cream is a mixture of the milk, and the actual coconut, blended. If you want coconut milk, you actually have to buy it. It can be brought in a can in the supermarket, same as coconut cream.
