CSS = Cascading Style Sheet is a language that had been created to solve works that HTML cant perform.

the easiest way is to use Dreamweaver since it has designer view. you dont have to mess with the codes. just design through the designer view.

There isn't an easy way.

MySpace has done a very unclean job of creating their site, which makes editing CSS very difficult, especially for novices.

If you want to see which elements apply to what, try Firefox with the Firebug extension... it will help you learn what is going on.
