  1. EGG SALAD SANDWICH

    Printed from COOKS.COM

    --------------------------------------...

    6 hard boiled eggs

    1/4 c. salad dressing

    1 sm. onion, chopped fine

    Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and serve as a sandwich filling.

  2. boiled eggs and mayo - smoosh together with a fork

  3. Don't use onions, please!

6 hard boiled eggs (or however many you like) chopped

start with 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise

    Salt and Pepper to taste

1/2 cup of Sweet Pickle Relish

    A dash of garlic powder

Mix well and if you need to add a bit more mayo then add a little at a time.  If you want you can add a tsp of Mustard powder. But I like mine without.

Better to add than try to take away. You can make it too runny and it is not worth putting between two pieces of bread.

  4. EGG SALAD SANDWICH

    6 hard boiled eggs

    1/4 c. salad dressing

    1 sm. onion, chopped fine

    Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and serve as a sandwich filling.

  5. add some powdered mustard instead of regular mustard, and finely chop some sweet pickles or bread and butter pickles before you add the mayo. Keep the egg salad on the dry side/ Use a bun instead of bread, scoop some of the bread out of the middle of the buns, toast them and then fill up the holes with the egg salad. add some crisp lettuce and thin sliced tomatos and you have yourself a classic.

  6. Boil eggs for 12 minutes, put them in ice water, let them cool for about 10-15 minutes, mix up mayo or miracle whip, add mustard (yellow) to taste, salt pepper to taste, sweet relish, and mix your egg yolks up into a paste and then add egg yolk to wet mixture and then add chopped up eggs, easy as pie!!

  7. Finely chop up hard boiled eggs and add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and some finely chopped onion too if you like onion.  That is all there is to it.

  8. For like, 6 boiled eggs, use about 1/2 cup of mayo, a few tablespoons of mustard, lemon juice, chopped onions if you like, and that's pretty much it.  If you want some tangyness, add some blue cheese dressing or vinegar, and put it on some bread!  Haha
