shading is not the ans. that is used to make thinner or to diminish an area. you will need to have two different shades of foundation. one that matches you skin tone, the other(the important one) has to be as light as you can get for the cheek area.apply reg. foundation,then below the cheeks in the hollow areas, apply the lightest shade. this will give the illusion of a fuller face.Also under the jawline apply the lightest found. to that area also. finish with a light dusting of light colored blush. Just remember, light makes more and dark takes away. Keep you lipstick in a pink or neutral shade. hope this helps you good luck.....

Dont wear blush with make up or better yet change your hair style up a bit ... either go shorter or get some bangs .. also try to grow your eyebrows a little thicker ... all this works for me !!!

The real answer is to change your haircut to put more fullness at the right place around your face. Go without blush on your cheeks and put the emphasis on your eyes and lips. Then your face will change proportion and you won't feel those thin in the face.
