  1. to have a faster kick, you should

    cross train and work the muscles.

    so for your legs, you should probably

    run when you can.

  2. I'm assuming a faster and stronger kick? here's several exercises:

    On land: jump rope. As fast as you can.

    Squant jump.

    In the water: kick with shoes, kick with a board WITH SENDOFFS.

    Also, kick in the deep end vertically. Alternate between flutter kick and dolphin kick, and keep your hands across your chest or in the air.

  3. the fins in the first answer are good, also do some kicking drills, with a kickboard. try and keep a consistant, and challanging time.

    focus on maintaing this kicking rythem when doing normal swimming
