How to make folders on TIVO?

My friend has TIVO and can make folders. I can't figure out how to make folders!!!!!!

We stumbled on it accidentally. My stepson was messing around with the buttons, and all of a sudden the shows were organized in foders by show. It's nice, but I wish you could delete the entire folder if you want to. You can't so you have to go into the folder and delete the shows one by one. When the last show has been deleted, then the folder goes away.

Again, I have no idea how we happened onto this, or which button it was.

I believe, when you record more than one of a show it automatically creates folders.

If not, go into "set up" and see if there is a setting for it.  IT'll be there if it's anywhere.
