How to make friends with the new girl?

Theres this new girl, were both in eighth grade and girls and I want to be friends with her. I don't really know how to though. She is in two of my classes and the one class she is in with me my friend is with me so she could help. How do I ask!?!?! She seems nice and I don't want her to go through all this drama and c**p with popular people!

First off, you shouldn't feel nervous cause more likely she's much mor enervous than you. All she wants probabaly is new friends, so it's not like shes's going to reject your friendship or something. Go up to her, and be like  "Hey I heard your new. Where did you come from?"After she says where just ask her how she likes the new school. New kids are usally very nice so they can make friends, so it shouldnt be hard. Invite her to hnag out with your friends too, or to a party you're throwing or something so she can get in your group of friends.

Just go talk to her, say, Hey whats your name? If she says her name and asks you back, that's a sign that she wants to be friends with you, if she just answers your question and looks away, she probably has no interest. Very important things to remember!
