How to make ginatan's galapong and lumpia's wrapper?

            soak miracle rice or malagkit rice overnight in water, grind it and place in a cheese cloth to drain excess water. form into balls and set aside. meanwhile, press the grated coconut to gather its milk, boil inside a pot and add sugar to taste, when already boiling, drop the rice balls, you will kow that it is already cooked if the balls are already floating.

    lumpia wrapper

                    mix egg, water, cornstarch and a little salt together. in a non- stick pan, place the mixture as if you are making hotcakes, spread the mixture to have a bigger wrapper, turn once so that the other side will be cooked.
