How to make good, real looking fake BLOOD!?

homemade stuff. I don't really want it too red, like kinda dark and maybe thick.

Any good recipes???

kinda like the first answer but I also use corn syrup

thick and slow drip

Corn syrup and red and green food coloring.

(Green is the opposite of red, so adding a little drop of green to red will make it darker)

something thick like corn starch, and some red and black food coloring. or just mix up some stuff until you get it right :p lol
