I make sushi with nori, rice, avacado, shrimp, carrot, and cucumber. Anymore ideas of easy things to put in shrimp? No raw meat or anything complicated. I just make it at home for fun!

  1. You can also put veggies to make the california roll and smoked salmon.

You can buy it all from the supermarkets in the fridge section.

  2. Have you ever tried Spam? There's sushi in Hawaii called Spam musubi, which is a slice of spam (thickness, however thick/thin you cut your spam), rice and nori. Sometimes people put scrambled egg into it, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you are certain you'll eat it within hours. ..You put the egg, spam, and rice in the middle, nori envelopes it all and holds it all together. Pretty messy when eaten, but if you like Spam, it's a must-try. It's fun and really delicious finger food.

  3. Crab immitation meat with mayonnaise

    cream cheese

    omelet

    pork fluff

    eels

    yam

    tofu

    scallops

    chicken

    beef or even sausages!

  4. Look into frying the shrimp in tempura batter. You can buy tempura mix at most grocery stores. It takes only a couple minutes to mix the batter. Then you simply dip the shrimp in the batter and fry them in cooking oil. Granted, it is messy with the spattering, and you have to make sure you control the heat on the oil (follow directions on bottle, gas stove is best), but the result is delicious.

A roll you will see at many sushi bars is tempura shrimp and avocado with a little sauce drizzled on top.
