  1. First You Take Hamburger. You Can Season It Or Whatever Beforehand. And You Roll Them Into A Ball And Then Take Your Hand And Push Down Onto It. It Becomes A Patty. Then You Cook It:).

  2. A good recipe for Hamburgers is Take hamburger meet place in bowl add chopped onions, HP Sauce, horseraddish, one egg beaten and some bread crumbs. mix all together make in to patties and cook

  3. Try Rachel Ray's recipes!

  4. If I can I like getting the fresh ground beef from the local meat market. Season to your taste.

I season with spices such as coarse ground black pepper, sea salt, minced fresh garlic, finely chopped onions to name a few. It really depends on what I have a taste for at the time.

Mix but from all the cooking shows I have watched they all say it is very important NOT to OVERWORK the hamburger.

I like to put the mixture back in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to allow the seasons a chance to flavor the meat.

I make them into the desired size and grill.

( I've also ground my own hamburger using the food processor. I 've made butter and homemade sausage)

  7. It's easy. Read the "how to" article at the link below. It has step-by-step instructions with photos to guide you thru the process.

My secret to a good burger is pressing the patties thin and meat must be Fresh from the meat market. I preheat an old fashioned iron skillet and put a small amount of salt in the pan. It needs to get really hot before I throw my pattie in the skillet because I like the edges of my burgers to be "crispy". I think it adds flavor. I also use Ground Chuck instead of Ground Round ( kinda dry ) or regular Hamburger ( too fatty ).

  8. FIRST BUY GROUND BEEF.  ROLL BEEF INTO A BALL THEN FLATTEN INTO PATTY SHAPE. SEASON WITH PEPPER GARLIC SALT WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE OR ANY SEASONING YOU LIKE.  YOU CAN COOK EITHER ON A GRILL OR ON THE STOVE. FOR THE STOVE JUST PUT ON MEDIUM TEMP. THROW THE PATTY ON THE SKILLET AND BROWN THEN FLIP PATTY. TO CHECK WHEN ITS DONE JUST CUT THROUGH THE MEAT IT SHOULD BE BROWN ALL THE WAY THROUGH.  GOOD LUCK!!

  9. I like my hamburger to be healthy, so you mix the ground beef with a little oregano, and garlic.( but not too much garlic)

    Grill the meat.

While that's sizzling, get your bun ready and grill it too. Get some onions, cheese , tomatoes, and spinach out. Spinach is better than lettuce because it blends in with the meat and melts in your mouth.

When the meat is done, place it on the bun, with the cheese, tomatoes, onions, and spinach. Then put it back on the grill to make the cheese melt.

You can put ketchup on it or whatever you like after that!

    Enjoy!
