I have a 4 year old, male, cockatiel. He isnt the nicest bird, he actually is really mean. I try to make him happy, he has a very large cage, I feed him a very healthy diet, and he has all the toys in the world. Though he never plays with him. But as long as I have had him he has squacked so loud. The vet told me he shouldnt be squacking as loud as he does, most cockatiels dont. As a result, he was moved outside. He lives on my back porch, in his cage. He still screams. I would play with him more but he bites! How can I make hims top the squack!? And any ideas why he never plays with his toys?
