The tea they serve in chinese restaurants if called OOLONG.  I buy it loose and I also buy Bigelo oolong tea bags.  I enjoy both.  Try it. Enjoy!

I don't know about Hong Kong tea but my mom asked in a Chinese restaurant how what kind of tea they served she liked it better than regular tea.  She was told it is regular tea but they use one bag for a whole pot.  It is just weak tea.  Americans drink it too strong.  Hope this helps?
