How to make hover shoes?

i think i have a everything 50 pounds of lift magnet and two baterries and i forgot the name of the other tools

Haha, I'm not sure what you're going for here...regardless of how many magnets and batteries that you have, you're not really going to be able to make anything useful that will let you "hover".  I mean, you can make small things hover a bit for a short time using two magnets that repel one another, but...I would just scrap the hover shoe idea.
