How to make it permanent?

i cut a heart into my chest(dont ask why) and i want it to become a scar to be there forever. how do i make it a scar? its deep enough to bleed but i feel like its just gonna heal straight up. only real answers please no callin me crazy JUST answers

Use a sharp sterilised scalpel and when your done and you think it is deep enough cover it up with a large clean wet bandage with alcohol on it to avoid infection.

This should scar if you did it deep enough.

Why not go to your local tattoo parlour and see if they do scarifications? This would be much safer and would be professional.

if it's deep enough to bleed then it should be deep enough to scab. once it scabs just keep picking it off until it scars. it probably won't be very big and might fade though.
