How to make legs more flexible

at the moment my legs aren't very flexible, i can only kick up to about my waist. i want to learn some good stretches so my legs are more stretched so i can kick higher.

  1. try kicking legs up in front of you 20 times aday, and 20 times behind and 20 times behind. Also try all your normal streches. like touch toes, spread legs to each side while sitting down and lay your hands out in frount of you. Also once streached do the splits, but don't push go slowly day by day.

    every day helps or if you can't find the time once a week can be enough..

    eating good food also helps lots though it may sound weird, it does.

  4. Kicking your legs in the air, one at a time, no less than 50 times a day! Afterwards, strectch the legs for at least 5 mins. You'll notice a difference within a week!
